There are three ways to reach us, depending on what you need.

General contact

For corrections, story suggestions, partnership inquiries, sponsorship questions, or anything else — email hello@myid.ie. We aim to respond within two working days.

Press

Journalists working on a story — see /press/ for what we can help with and how to reach a named editor for quotes or background. Response time: one working day.

Tips and confidential reports

If you have a tip about an identity-related story you want to share confidentially, email tips@myid.ie. We treat all sources confidentially. If you're sending sensitive information, please put as little personal context as you can in the email itself — we can move to a more secure channel once we're in contact.

Editorial standards and corrections

If you've spotted a factual error or want to challenge a claim we've published, email corrections@myid.ie. Our correction process is described in our editorial standards.

What we don't accept by email

• Login credentials, PPS numbers, MyGovID codes, or other personal identifiers. If your email contains these we will delete it without reading further.
• Unsolicited guest-post pitches. We do not publish guest content.
• Link-building or SEO-outreach pitches. They are auto-filed in a folder we do not check.
